The cafe ride will be on Thursday this week, 0920 for 0930 depart from Abingdon Market Place. It's 27km (17ish miles) of tarmac or good surfaces, with a stop at the newly relocated Vaults and Gardens Cafe.

This Wednesday’s ride is a tour of some of the Blue Plaques in Iffley and Cowley, with a coffee stop at Flo’s. We’ll head out past Thrupp Lake and then up Route 5, and return via Sandford Lock. It’s all pretty good surfaces apart from the horrible potholes on Sandford Lane! As ever, meet in AMP 0920 for 0930 start.

Sunday’s ride will be 54km (34 miles) to Wantage, out via Fyfield and Charney Bassett and back via Harwell Campus and Didcot. The return is along the Icknield Greenway, so expect some easy gravel - should be OK for all but the skinniest road tyres. Meet at AMP, 0850 for 0900 departure
